Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic blend of Yoga from the lineage of Krishnamacharya, the foremost proponent of yoga in the 20th century and teacher to masters like BKS Iyengar, Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Indra Devi and TKV Desikachar.

Vinyasa Flow is a creative, fluid and physically challenging Yoga in which students are encouraged to link their breath to the poses.

The core elements of Vinyasa Flow are Sun Salutations.

The pace of the flow and how long each pose is held may differ between people and classes, but one thing is consistent: movement is done in accompaniment with breathing, not the other way around.

Vinyasa Flow blends the major Yoga asana traditions in a new expression combining the best of ancient and modern Yogic wisdom.
